I got this yoga dvd for me and mum. all the others i've come across seem to go at a fast pace. AM & PM Yoga workout for Seniors I totally love it. She doesn't rush through shit and it's relaxing. mum who is new to yoga didn't have any issues following along as well.
also, i need the dates you're going to be in SF. i'm hoping to book my flight today or tomorrow.
just be careful with yoga dvds, i got one and it's a fast paced one and i cant keep up ;p make sure its a slow streching one. i think pilates is better for that <3
*nodnod* between me and mum, we have about 4 yoga for beginners and alllll of them are fast paced. the one i suggested to nome is slow. which is why i love it. when i first got it, i was super skeptical and watched it first and i was surprised! she's slow, doesn't make lots of cheesy seniors jokes and explains everything really well.
I thought yoga was supposed to be relaxing...how can they rush stretching o.O Maybe the pause button is a good thing for those faster ones. Taking it slow is definitely the plan. Plus I might try and talking mum into joining me.
I'm flying in on the 24th and out on the 3rd. My going home flight leaves at like 11.59pm. What's one minute really cos by the time we get in the air it's going to be the 4th -_- Stupid airline changing flight times *shakes fist*
Let me know what dates you get for the flight cos I'll then go edit who is in the room on what days if I need to. I probably should make a post about that over on the comm. Yay for 2 roomies having flights booked :D Just need to poke Zalia I guess and see if she's ready to get her flights set.
*SNICKERS* You just wanted to comment on sushi cat. Didn't you *pokes and grins*
I'm think I have a pilates dvd around here somewhere. Main thing is I so don't want to do it outside of home. I'm not good on others watching me exercise. Or well total strangers >.>
I'm trying to remember which Suk is doing. May have to poke about her lj I guess. I'm just not doing anything right now in the way of exercise and so must push myself to get on with it. No privacy at home doesn't help. I'm thinking I'm going to have to start getting up at 6am in order to get an hour-ish of me time for exercise things. It's too bloody cold at 6am *clings*
yoga is suppose to be relaxing! i tried the pause button but it distracts with the flow of things. not fun. the senior one i suggested, it's good. like i was seriously surprised!
I will be landing: Mon 25-Oct 2010 11:17 - Terminal 3 and have to leave: Mon 01-Nov 2010 10:55 - Terminal 3
