So how is it that I have six copies of Director Lazard's report to SOLDIER even when I am part of Turks, hmmm? Are you all saying Tseng is in need of discipline for the actions of certain subordinates? It's not his fault Reno can't keep it in his pants or that Rude likes to tinker with any electronics he finds.

I guess Tseng will have to report to Lazard and see if anything can be done about the issues.
