Wow I so did not get much done this weekend. I"m not even sure how much sewing I didn't do. I know I didn't sit down at the machine at all. Did cut out some of the bits related to Suzaku's cloak and seriously that's all I did.
Where the hell did the weekend go? o.O
Went off and saw Terminator Salvation with mum. Was good actually. If you've seen the others then you need to go see this one too. Not having seen the shorts or anything I was quite surprised to find cute Chekov playing a younger Kyle Reese *grin* Handy with a gun :) Best bit mum and I feel was the bikes. When you see it you'll know what we mean *grin* Asked the attendant if we should bother staying till the end of the credits and he said no so we didn't hang about.
Brought myself a new bag although now that I've got all my crap in it I think it feels smaller than my old one -_- Actually it is a smidge smaller at the base by a good half inch. It's got more pockets though and that's what I was after even if it is still black which means I'll still need my light to find anything in it. Least now the ipod has its own pocket which is what I was after really. Yes, it is still a backpack style too. I like to have my hands free.
I'm about to go fall onto the bed and game for the next couple hours. All in all it's been a very good weekend even with me not doing much sewing. My aim for the week is to get up at 6am each morning...except Tuesday when I start early anyways and do something...anything that is either cleaning or cosplay related.
oh and has anyone seen my huge ass cake tin? I can't bake cake without it and I can't find it *cries* Now I have to retest the recipe and get it temp and time sorted for a different tin. I am dreading burnt cake ^^;
