Who knew that pulling annoying tony bits of paper out from under thread would be so...therapeutic, I guess?
Today was a rather busy day at work. Got home, showered and had dinner and could feel the legs dying for the evening. Not to mention the thought of sitting at the noise making sewing machine was much unappealing after being at work for over 8 hours. Plus I didn't want to really disturb dad (who apparently possibly has gout in his right foot). So I sat in the spare room pulling bits of paper out of the cloak bits I'm working. Evil gold fabric needed paper under it so the machine wouldn't eat it so bad. That's what I was plucking out with my tweezers. Just me and my mind...and the tv in the background but that was okay. Was too much effort to get up and grab my ipod. Was quite relaxing in a not having to use my brain kind of way.
And now I'm about to fall into bed. I've had a long day and need sleep. Or well need to be horizontal and resting. No idea how much I'll actually sleep. Least it is cooler than last night.
Wonder if Shadow is ready for bed yet.
