Was happily madly sewing Sunday night when I realized that the ties for the hakama need to be white. Duh. I'd been happily powering along, ready to sew black ones on when the though hit and it was a bit of swearing. Got white ones now. Need to iron them actually.
I've finally started making my lists. Damn they're huge >.> I'm pretty much bringing every little electrical thing I have with me (laptop, ipod, my mp3 I use when flying, psp, ds, camera...must dig out all the cords and games I want to take) I'm a little worried I won't have warm enough clothing for visiting Janet and Lacey but figure I can go buy some. Would be a better idea as clothing sold locally would be better suited to if it's really cold. List of cosplay stuff to pack is kinda big too. Thank Hyne I decided not to finish Suzaku this year. I'm already out of my mind XD
I still need to make my list of who is arriving when so expect to be poked if I don't have details yet. I know I have a couple.
Yes I have already brought a couple boxes for posting stuff home in >.> One will likely get used within the first couple days. Mmm See's candy. Yum!
Am hoping to be more interesting after con is over. It's the same as last year with not much happening here besides work and cosplay. Will be glad to not be here the next couple weeks actually as there's a heap of changes happening at work and I'll be coming back after it's all happened. Will be less stressful I think seeing as I won't be here to listen to everyone's bitching.
Will be puttering off now. Stupid weather today is a muggy 32C with possible storms. We already had a couple putter past at 4am. Woke me up but they weren't staying. Got the pissiest amount of rain out of it. Not that I want lots of rain. Braska' staff is on the veranda in pieces. A wet staff is not what I want.
Um...gonna head off now and prep stuff I want to work on tonight after work. 11 days to go *freaks out*
