Wow last day of the year already. This month has flown by and I've really gotten nothing done. Cards still sit here unfilled >.> I few things that need to be sent off are waiting patiently to be posted. Perhaps I can have a good start to the new year by getting everything ready over the weekend and posting it Monday.

Suikoden V soundtrack still continues to have lovely relaxing music for sleeping to on repeat. I really should try to finish the game. Sadly Suikoden:T has eaten my brain and I find myself at work thinking of Jale and Seig >.> Or all the knights in a pile, Asad included of course. he can't miss out :)

Working tomorrow. Yay for extra pay. it's not like I go out partying anyways so i don't have to worry about the hangover thing. I'm likely going to have a little sake or plum wine and call it a night after the clock kicks over.

Guess I should do that year meme thing so here's the first sentence of each month of this year :)
that was my year? )

Damn that sounds boring.

Don't particularly want to be getting ready for work shortly but have no choice. Probably having a wrap for lunch before my bread goes mouldy. I've been having pork buns and salad. Tasty.

Just under 5 hours to midnight. I can do much in 5 hours. Or I can just sit here and stare at the screen.

Work was stupidly busy because everyone was buying food for their parties tonight. I am so over customers getting in the way of me working. Yes, that's not the other way around as in I'm in the way...I'm never in the way >.> I inhaled chocolate today to get rid of the shakes I had at lunch time in-between two cups of strong tea. That fixed me right up. I believe I found today much more stressful than Christmas eve. Likely because I knew I had a 3 day weekend to enjoy whereas tomorrow is just double pay and an 8 hour work day. Cash is much needed though because the washing machine needed its circuit board replaced and I'm the only one with cash. Technically seeing as I used money set aside for the weekly credit card payment. Clean clothes though are much needed. Yay for 24 hour laundromat in town.

At around 8pm I need to head off and put chocolate onto a ice-cream dessert I'm making for us poor fools who agreed to work New Years day. Apart form that I'm planning to be online most the evening either doing stuff here or just sitting in the chair and gaming. Currently have the iPod plugged into the compy to charge up but am also listening to the Suikoden V soundtrack. Serious unwinding tonight *nods*

Do I really want to bother with resolutions...I probably shouldn't because they seem to end up the same each year and then I fail. More writing would definitely be a good thing. As would getting started on sewing early. No sewing at con for me this year except for immediate repair work type stuff. Probably just aiming to be more organized in general will get everything else I want improved falling into place on its own.

Tonight I think I'm going to attempt some catch up on comments and maybe organize my chat program and delete old names. I've got ancient names on there I don't recognize any more from when I was doing rp. Time for a clean out.

Mmmm I'm gonna go make omelets for dinner. Yum.
Melted chocolate arranged on cling wrap and then put onto a ice-cream dessert thing so the chocolate becomes the outer shell was quite an adventure. I should have let the chocolate set just a little more. Next time I may just video the hilarity too cos omg it was funny. Thankfully mum was there to help too so it was an adventure rather than a misadventure. Thankfully too dad is not currently home to see me almost make a mess of the kitchen XD

I needs a cooking icon >.>

Foreseeing a pile of new icons in the new year ^^; I should make myself a list of icons to get/make/have.
