Am not very awake...
I miss proper 3 day weekends. Don't get many of those anymore now that I have the Friday/Saturday as my weekend off and we are usually open the public holidays now. Sucks that ticketing is such a huge thing for work too and I have to be there :( I'd love a looooong weekend so that I could have a day of laze and days of getting things done. I miss my day of laze. Lots and lots.
I get random urges to play Vandal Hearts. Shame I do not own the games. Will need to rectify that one day. I've always wanted to write VH fic >.>
Being show weekend the weather is being semi stupid. It's overcast and we are expecting rain at some point. Least I live only 4 houses and a small caravan park from the showgrounds and if I get wet then coming home for a shower is no issue at all. Am currently charging camera batteries :3
I want to get lots done this weekend but not sure if I won't get hugely distracted by everything happening down the street. Least with splitting a family pass with Tina we can get in both days and watch the fireworks tonight. Currently waiting for Tasha and her friend to come. They'll be here within the next hour. They're doing the 40 hour famine...and going to the show for a wee bit. Will have to remember not to offer to buy them food.
Given the time I suppose I should go find something to wear and have a shower. Don't really want to get ready yet but must be good to go before they arrive.
