So this is me at home on a work day due to lots of rain and a bit of flooding. I did go in and do about 2 1/2 hours just to get the important things done that only I do. If it continues there will be no getting to work tomorrow for quite a few people. I have a lap full of warm Shadow kitty and have actually done a little bit of the study for work. Was falling asleep though so I've stopped working on that. Finished the section I was doing so that's okay.
With it being 4pm and starting to slowly get dark I probably should go for a walk if I want some pics of things under water. Shall see if mum feels up to going for a wander :D Least the thunder and lightning that was around earlier had gone.
But i'm toasty warm *whines* Perfect excuse to have another hot shower *grin*
Keeps raining like this and there will definitely be a full day off tomorrow.
Oooooh there goes a helicopter over the house. They're probably checking where it's flooded so they can update the roads website.
