so I get ready for work in 10 minutes.
I got off the phone with the tech guy just 10 minutes ago -_-
we tried everything over the course of 70 minutes. even had his supervisor there helping too.
I now have itunes on the lappy ^^; and if this doesn't work, I have a refernece number to give me a new ipod, no questions asked because we've really tried everything. least the laptop is recognizing the ipod unlike the desktop. poor old desktop. guess it might be time for a reformat of it *pets it* I hate reformatting considering all the stuff I have on it. it takes damn near forever. plus I'll have to reinstall the internet thingy on it too. ack.
currently downloading the update...still has like 40 minutes to go but it should be through by the time I leave for work. only barely too. good thing I still have my old little mp3 player to take to work.
was rather interesting phone call too. guy with an indian type accent, reasonably easy to understand and there was a team meeting going on in the backgroung. much cheering and clapping at times *laughs* much amusing. made the length of the call bearable.
now I need to have some food, and drink some painkillers for possible headache and get ready for work. no writing happened today at all and I really doubt I"m going to get BoL finished for the right day. will try. main thing right now is to get this damn ipod working *tosses it across room*
