Just a very quick update to say I'm here and omg it's fucking HOT! I've showered and I'm sweating again already :( Air is smoky cos there's fires up north and it's going to be hotter tomorrow and Wednesday. Not happy.

Off to unpack now and do laundry and to see just how long I can stay upright.

*LOVES!*

Meanwhile, I'm freaking cold. =P It snowed hard yesterday and I had to shovel it this morning. I haven't warmed up since.

Anywho, welcome home! Vacation was too short for all of us (except maybe Zalia), but I'm glad that you're home safe and sound.

melting is so happening and it's supposed to just get hotter as the week continues. like 38 tomorrow and maybe even up over 40C Wednesday. What better day to go back to work in aircon *eye roll* Am not looking forward to going back to work at all *clings*

omg and that would be so damn cold seeing as I've now had my hands in snow. COLD! vacation was definitely short for some. i wish everyone had been able to come to the second con with me, janet and lacey. but then you all would have been exposed to certain annoying young fangirls who need shooting.

You got out of here just in time. We've had a huge wind storm roll in. I can tell that the apartment lost power last night while I was at work as all of the clocks are off. This storm system is also supposed to DUMP rain and almost all of western Washington is on flood warning with some rivers already rising.

*laugh* You had to stick your hands in snow to know it was cold? If you ever stay a part of a winter with me, I'm making you shovel the stuff. ;)

Yeah, that's one of the reasons I don't really do cons much. The range of ages makes it so hard, especially the young boys that run and climb on things. Yaoi Con is so much more civilized, as strange as that may sound.

Well I'd not seen snow since I was little. I honestly can't remember it and I think there's only 2 photos of the event. I definitely know how cold it is now *nods* I could help shovel but I don't think my skill level would be as good and yours ;)

Not strange sounding at all after attending an all ages con. Quite the eye opening experience. Next time I do a non-Y-con con I'm going to have a room though so I can hide.

We've been watching your weather here and I definitely headed home at the right time. You've got crazy stuff going on there. You and Lacey and the kitties stay safe *hugs*
