okay. am over self. onwards we go.

luke is still not finished but now that the sleeve tops are attached it's looking like it should. am rather proud. it's gonna be hot to wear too ^^; am seriously considering commissioning his sword. just a cheapish one cos cosplay without props is just weird. doable but weird. i so should make a meiu. sew faster dammit!

wet weather can just go away now dammit. havent' been sleeping the best and that's because my shoulders hurt during the night and I'm having trouble getting and staying comfortable. note to self - put electric blanket on bed tomorrow.

kalli mentioned that jpqueen is closing and it will all be happening on the 25th of this month. sad sad sad *cries* the stuff I consider really good is gone but hey, still managed to spend $100. i was being good but considering they're closing, hell yeah i'm gonna grab stuffs. have probably missed things too but well i really do think I grabbed enough >.> also resisted some stuff. go me?

work things are kinda changing a little but going well. the owner's wife...aka the boss lady herself says she likes how I work cos she was watching yesterday. um okay i guess that's a good thing. also guess she didn't see me tweaking product listings on the compy. which I have permission to do. i've also been nominated for ticketing responsibility. yay me /sarcasm. it's only a little task really and will help everyone but i have enough to remember. really I do.

i'm off to drag the cat inside and fall into bed. anyone heard from kenderlyn recently? i'm a little worried to be honest as it's past her b'day and usually there's some kind of post by now. i think i'll poke her via text tomorrow and see how she's doing.

may poke everyone via random text tomorrow :3 perhaps some random cid/vincent porn or something that will have me smirking during lunch and wishing i could text faster.

I'm alive, just quiet. Been getting things in order offline - like booking Avenue Q tickets on the 13th (mum paid for me for my b'day) Also, I'm now living with someone who desperately believes in being sociable, so I've been offline more than on lately.

I remembered you were doing the moving thing so thought is might have been sociable distractions keeping you away. Was strange to not see you post around your b'day though so I figured I'd ask. I'm mostly lurking on LJ lately, due to my uber-sociable housemate. I got your text, I was caught up in rl stuff on my bday though, so didn't end up responding to any texts I got that day. Ive been sucked in by twitter a little, and putting the occasional post there.

Living with people not related to me is going great, haven't heard from drama queen in a while, she cracked the shits with me at some point during the move, and I get the occasional borderline abusive email, but I can ignore those. She's alienated almost the entire family, Bratling wants nothing to do with her, I've had it to the back teeth with her, Mum no longer wants a bar of her, and she's even managed to alienate our grandparents, who are known to bend over backwards for any one of their grandkids. We had a nice mulitple-birthday family lunch on saturday, because and she wasn't invited.
