Urk work today was evil. about 100 pages checked into the computer by hand to make sure our specials are the right percentage price next week. Seriously anyone who sits at a desk for 7 hours doing that kind of stuff and not go nuts, hats off to you. Cos I really don't want to have to do that again but it is now going to be my job every Tuesday. No love for work on that count.

What a fun thing it was to go from being on my feet all day yesterday to sitting on my butt all day today. I much prefer being on my feet doing stuff than stuck behind a desk. Evil, totally evil. So this is what mental exhaustion feels like.

Doc appointment tomorrow and I'll be asking about the pain in my legs being left over from yesterday, being from sitting about today or my blood being stupid. We will see how that goes.

And really that's all you get tonight because I spent entirely too long staring at a screen today. Well multiple screens really seeing as I kept getting shuffled to a different compy. Which was hell because everyone has different chairs. My shoulder is really screwy thanks to that and having to deal with different desk heights and the like. Man I'm going to flake out on the bed and drink lots of water and stare through a book or something. Eyes not happy with today at all *clings*

Tseng is such an appropriate icon for the evil of work. Nite <3

I hear you on the mental exhaustion. I get it a lot where I work because I won't really be doing anything physical, but just the boredom and repetitive actions are exhausting.

*clings and pets* By the end of it all the numbers were starting to blur and I was talking to myself to make sure I stayed focused on exactly what I was looking at and why it was saying what it said. I'm finding as I'm getting back into the physical side of work it's not so bad because I enjoy mindless filling of shelves. I can see the results there. Am also learning register work again. Touch screens are evil things.

Hey... I'm just going through a heap of old burnt discs and I found one from you from Yaoi con, with pics and videos on. Hearing your voice made me smile so much ♥ ♥

You need to come again one year. Although it'd probably have to be this year because I'm intending on this being my last Y-con. I want to try different cons next year and maybe do a little visiting of the US flist. Need to win the lottery or something so I can do it all :)

I know what you mean about needing to win the lottery. I could do with a bit more money to burn so I can see Ro more often...

To be honest I'm so far out of the anime/manga fandom now I don't think I'll really ever make a return to it. As fun as yaoicon was back then, I don't think I'd get much out of it now. I miss cosplay though, people in live action fandoms just don't dress up enough XD

There is more than just anime fandom going on but it is still the main one. Pondy did movie!Logan with Blue as Sabertooth. They looked really good. Don't know if there was any other non-anime/game cosplay because it's not something I readily recognize unless I've watched it. I go more for the chance to see everyone these days and to get away. My fandoms are likely to always be game first, anime second...always going to be a gamer girl :)
