stupid lj. i'm missing 6 icons, including my precious georg...and had my layout pic changed back to my geass one. um wtf is going on?

off to shower and finish fixing this seeing as I need to re-upload those pics that are now missing.

i also need to write down the bunnies that are trying to make me think about them for the latest ffviii_100 prompt. sleep...hahahahahhahhaaahhaha. that was irvine btw ;) cos we all know what he thinks sleep or 'not sleep' is for

Most of the ones that went missing for me aren't ones I use much at the moment except for where Georg is my current default. Right now I have the grey generic person on my profile page. Having the old Geass layout too made it obvious something wasn't right. However I didn't notice until I'd stared at it for like 5 seconds with the song lyrics of that particular layout in my head and blinked and wondered why I was thinking of the song and was all wtf my layout!!! XDD Am still yet to fix the icons. Will do that after I comment here. Interestingly another icon to disappear was the lulu/rolo one that was the default for the Geass layout. That's 2 default ones I had go missing. Very stupid lj.

What really sucks about icons going missing is that any posts with that icon specifically in it will revert to the default. Stupid lj.

I think I will have to try the email thing. Had my phone on all day today just to make sure that if she replied it'd come up right away. There hasn't been a ij post about it all yet so emailing will be the way to go.

I once had it where my default (when it was Melissa, I think) stopped loading and had to be replaced, but it was just the one. I suppose I'll just take this as a sign to do some spring cleaning on my icons~ (and I'm unsure, but I think if you use the same keyword, it'll revert back? it will! just use the same keyword/s!)

I went to bed early. I've been sick and I actually slept about 7 hours, so if I'm tired later, I'll just nap -- I only have a five hour shift and am out at 3pm. ^^;

I haven't used any of the icons recently so I don't know if that has worked for me. Possibly...will have to check the desktop to see what I had the Georg icon labeled as. You're right about it being a sign to do some spring cleaning of icons. I already have entirely too many icons and not enough space ever for the piles more I've been saving to upload.

I'm killing time waiting for the latest Bleach to dl. Organizing my journal back to what it was is a good way to do that.

*pets* sleep is a good thing. you heal better when sleeping. you also hopefully get sexy dreams. restful sexy even if you're romping ;) glad today is a short one for you.

*nods* I have the icon space, but I keep using the same handful most of the time, so I'm just trying to change those up a bit~ Most of the time, I guess, those handful work. ^^;;

Looking at my layout as a whole, I'm tempted to change it. It keeps reminding me I need to finish SuikoV which is a good thing I guess but I'm thinking I need something a little more motivational towards writing or the like. With icons I wish we could arrange the order they're in on the viewing page instead of them being in the order of when they were uploaded.

I wish I could bring myself to delete some of the icons I've not used in years, but they've got sentimental value... ^^;;

I need to finish SuikoV someday, too.
